Our client is a leading supplier of crane systems and operates worldwide. They work to move containers in a reliable, fast, and cost-effective manner to major container ports around the globe. Our client specializes in advanced automation and information systems for motion control of all types of container cranes.

We are now looking for software engineers for our client in Västerås who want to work with the development of robotic crane systems. You will belong to a team of about 15 employees who are eager to welcome you. Your primary task will be to work with software development, while the role also involves daily customer contact as you work closely with the company's clients worldwide in an international environment. We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, and interested in deepening their knowledge.

• Develop software for crane logic

• Integrate and test software

• Contribute suggestions and ideas for improvements

You will work both on developing new projects and maintaining existing ones.

• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent, please attach your degree certificate with your application

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as communication in both languages occurs daily

• Strong self-drive and a willingness to learn new things

• Work experience in the field and/or knowledge of Azure DevOps, Linux, Scripting, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Network Configuration, Containers, Kubernetes.

Start: As agreed Location: Västerås, 100% on-site from the office Scope: Full-time, weekdays with daytime working hours Employment form: Permanent employment, consulting assignment for 12 months with the ambition to be directly employed by our client thereafter
